We gladly accept returns and refunds within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate wear, lingerie, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items


How to Request a Refund

    Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Receive Return Instructions:
    Our support team will review your request and send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

  4. Ship the Item Back:
    Once approved, return the item to the address provided by our team. Please ensure the package is securely sealed.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, or PayPal) within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, but since we offer Free Shipping, there are no additional fees deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@otisfashionbtc.com.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no extra cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
