How can I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also log in to your Otis Fashion Boutique account and check your order status under “My Orders.”


I haven’t received my tracking number — what should I do?


Tracking information is usually sent within 1–3 business days after placing your order. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team at support@otisfashionbtc.com for assistance.


My tracking status hasn’t updated. Is my order delayed?


Your order number can be found at the top of your confirmation email. Please check your inbox, including your spam folder, for your confirmation email. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, complete the form below.
