  • Order Handling Time: 3 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 6 – 12 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9 – 15 Business Days.

 

3. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via our trusted carrier partners under our "Free Shipping" method. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your package.

4. Shipping Destination

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@otisfashionbtc.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
