Shipping Policy

 (AS OF JUNE 5, 2020 DUE TO OUR HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS ALLOW 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO PROCESS, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE)

  • Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship out orders. All orders include a tracking number. Once your package has been shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

We Offer:

 

  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 Business days depending on location
  • Please make sure to go over your order (including your address) as we will NOT be responsible for a package delivered to a wrong address nor the new shipping fee if and only if USPS or any of our other shipping providers is able to return the package to me. CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEW RESHIPMENT FEE 

 

  • Otis Fashion Boutique is NOT responsible for orders showed as delivered to wrong addresses provided by customer

 

  • Once the package is in USPS hands or any of our other shipping providers Otis Fashion Boutique is NO longer RESPONSIBLE. If your package shows as delivered and for any reason, you did not receive please contact your local post office. In many cases, they take back to office for security purposes.
